My first project as a freelance UX designer has been a B2B tablet app for the selling and upselling processes of Telepass.
The app is used by the petrol stations' operators to open new contracts, sell new devices or update subscriptions.
Creation of new flow charts, starting from a business and IT oriented flow document
Development of interactive wireframes and mockups on Adobe XD
Interactive prototype, shared with business stakeholders and software developers
Technical specifications document for the development phase of the project
Project in collaboration with Elahe Rajabiani (service designer).
